Insurance

Insurance Coverage

Recognizing the long-term benefits of dental implants over other tooth replacement options, an increasing number of insurance companies have started to provide some coverage, primarily for crowns, bridges and dentures attached to dental implants. Dental insurance coverage is usually limited annually to less than $1500, which is the approximate cost of a single tooth crown.

Unfortunately, most dental insurance excludes dental implants and bone grafting as covered benefits. If your employer does not offer this coverage, ask if you can receive an allowance toward implants that is equal to the cost of a bridge or traditional dentures.

Dr. Bramanti’s vast knowledge and breadth of experience permit him to offer you treatment alternatives that fit your budget beyond insurance, and provide you with possibilities that fit your life plan.

Medicare and Medi-Cal

Both Medicare and Medi-Cal exclude dental implant coverage in their programs.

Dr. Bramanti is committed to doing more to make low cost dental implants available to everyone who seeks to improve their health and quality of life. He will help you find a path to better health and function with low cost affordable dental implants for teeth, and also for removable or fixed dental implant dentures.
